Repeat Prescription Index
From 1st September 2024, our repeat prescription turnaround time will be changing to 5 working days. This ensures that we can manage our patients expectations as to when you can get expect your prescription to be sent to your nominated pharmacy, or collected from the Practice, and helps us avoid delays in you receiving these. It also ensures that our clinical teams can manage and process all prescription requests safely. We hope you appreciate this change is to ensure we can offer the best and safest care to our patients when processing prescription requests. Please be mindful of this timescale when requesting repeat prescriptions moving forward.
